Channel gate — who is allowed in
The paid channel is the one list. A sweep asks Telegram about every known account: members are let in (or restored), non-members are removed from the platform, Telegram hiccups change nothing. It also runs by itself every night at 03:10.

Waiting for access
These Telegram accounts signed in but were not found in the paid course channel. Approve to let them in anyway.

How access works
A student taps Continue with Telegram. The bot checks whether that account is in your paid course channel. If yes, they're approved permanently and never asked again. If not, they land in the list above and stay locked out until you approve them by hand. Removing a student here deletes their session — they'll need to sign in again and pass the channel check.
Activity
Everything students do on the platform, newest first — sign-ins, exams started, essays graded, translation exercises, lessons finished, and the phone numbers shared with the access bot.

Tailored messages
Every student gets the same words but their own numbers — essays written, latest band, days away. Approved students only. Values come straight from the database, so a message cannot claim a band a student did not get.
Click a field to insert it. Use
{last_band|hali yo'q} to set what shows when a student has no value yet.Broadcast
Sends a Telegram message from @booster8_bot to every approved student. A student only receives it if they've pressed /start on the bot at least once.
Bot & channel
Run this once after each worker deploy. It points @booster8_bot at the API so student messages reach the Inbox, and confirms the bot can read your course channel.
📖 Reading Lab & tonight's free students
Every Academic day opens a four-step hub (Real Exam → Analysis → Vocabulary Drill → Sirojiddin teacher). Day 1's deck is built in. Press Warm Days 1–5 once before the students arrive: it writes the 20-word deck and any missing answer explanations for the other days (about a minute — Claude does it on the server, nobody waits). Live counter shows tonight's numbers and refreshes itself every 10 seconds while open.
🧩 Retention — Deep analysis
Builds the tap-a-word gloss (meaning in context + Uzbek) for the first 10 texts of every level — 50 in all. Claude writes each one once and it is stored, so a student's tap is instant and costs nothing. Only glossed texts are offered to students, so press this before tonight. It works in small batches: keep pressing until it says finished (about a minute each press).
📅 The free week — what students see on Dashboard and Live classes
One row per evening. Live link = where the 20:00 lesson happens (Telegram live / Zoom / YouTube) — it shows as the "Join" button. Recording = the YouTube link you paste after class — it appears for them the moment you save. Homework is one line. Save is instant; no deploy.
📱 Access bot
The second bot, @booster_access_bot: anyone who opens it presses one button to share their phone number and gets the platform link — the numbers are your call list (in the bot:
/admin → 📱 Raqamlar CSV). It never signs anybody in. Its token is the TRIAL_BOT_TOKEN secret (old name kept on purpose); press this after every worker deploy.📋 Lead bot
The third bot, @booster8_infobot: the buttons on the sales page (/info8 — Joyni band qilish, Basic, Plus) send students here, the bot takes their phone number and the lead lands in the Google Sheet "Lead baza | Power" → "bot" tab plus a 🆕 ping to you in Telegram. Set its token once with
npx wrangler secret put LEAD_BOT_TOKEN, then press this after every worker deploy. Open @booster8_infobot yourself and press /start once so it can message you; /admin in that bot gives stats + CSV.This panel

Writing lessons
These appear in the platform under Writing → Lessons. Paste a YouTube link (upload your videos as Unlisted at studio.youtube.com) — students watch inside the platform, take notes, and you can attach PDFs and links per lesson.

Same as the bot's 📅 Davomat ochish — the keyword goes to every reachable student right now.
Your notes for that day
Paste your lesson notes — every student note is compared (≥10% overlap = present). Late notes are graded automatically.

Add a recording
Paste the YouTube link, pick the module, write what the video is about. A Reading video shows in Reading › Essential Videos and in Video recordings; every video is in Video recordings. Watched = at least half played.
Title, skill and length (optional)
The library
Newest day first. This is exactly what the students see in Video recordings.
This week's race
Three live boards, counted by the platform. Award hangs a plaque for that student and that week — students see it the moment you click, with a dot on their 🏆 button. One plaque per category per week: awarding again replaces. Announce it yourself in the channel; the bot posts nothing.
🏅 Student of the week
Candidates ranked by their places across the three boards (words ×3, time ×2, streak ×1) — a nudge for your eye, not a verdict. Or pick anyone from the list.
🏛 The wall
Every plaque, newest first. ✕ takes one down.
⚠️ Reset all student statistics
Wipes every attempt, essay, translation, vocabulary card, retention round, listening stage, watched video, minute on a page, homework tick and attendance mark — for every student. Keeps accounts, phones, leads, the Inbox, all content and the homework days themselves. Nobody is logged out. Cannot be undone except from a D1 backup.
Set homework
Click the chips to add tasks, or type your own. Students see it on their dashboard the moment you publish; the Telegram button posts the same list through the course bot.
All days
Newest first. Click a day to load it into the form above. Bars = how many students ticked each task.
Materials & locks
Release tests and lessons on your schedule.
Activates with the live platformEvery test, recording and lesson gets an open/locked switch so students only see what you've released. Right now the platform ships as one mockup file with nothing to lock.
Mock tests
Sunday full mocks — results, bands, who skipped.
Activates with the live platformScores per skill, band conversion, attempt limits and a "hasn't taken it yet" list, exactly like the mock tab in Listening Rocket.
Black points
Missed classes, late homework, dead days.
Activates with the live platformPoints accrue automatically from attendance, homework deadlines and site activity, with an at-risk list and a limit that flags students before they fall away.
